    The volume of initial enquires together with current client work, means that I am often unable to answer calls.

    I'm unable to take calls when I'm with clients or out with my own dogs.

    Whereas I can deal with and reply to a contact form at times of the day that would be inappropriate for phone calls.

    The contact form is the quickest most efficient method of initial contact.
